Anyone who wishes to use the University of Electro-Communications Library and its materials for purposes such as lifelong learning may do so.
Since part-timers staff the counter on weekdays after 5 p.m. and on Saturdays, you may not be able to receive adequate answers to questions at the counter during these times. If possible, please ask your questions during weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
The library is extremely crowded during final exams in July and February, so you may be asked to refrain from visiting the library during these times.
For information on days when the library is closed, library hours and exam period schedules, please check the library calendar.
Please fill out an application for non-university members at the reception counter, and present your identification card (student card, driver's license, health insurance card, etc.) to use the library. You will be given a library card valid for that day only.
Scan the bar code on the library card using the reader at the entrance to enter the library. Please be sure to return the card at the counter when you leave.
